Details:We realize that your pets are important members of your family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with weight limit of 100lbs. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300.00 for 29lbs or under and $400 for above 30lbs. Our pet rent is $25.00 per month per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
